I am currently living in a community in Tamarac that has become increasingly distressing due to the unprofessional behavior of the property management team. Recently, I experienced a frightening encounter with an “Operations Manager” named Umberto, who aggressively yelled at me from his car and then approached me and my family on our patio regarding parking in charging spaces which so have video proof of . His behavior was not only belligerent but also intrusive, as he entered our personal space without any justification. This incident follows my complaint about a noisy gate located near my bedroom, which has not been fixed yet and it feels like I am now being targeted and harassed in response to them having to spend money to fix it. Incredible living experience! The leasing office is incredibly attentive and polite and they always get things done with efficiency and a smile. I have put in a few work orders here and the response time has always been 1-2 business days. Andrea and Joyce have especially been a big help in answering questions and making this a remarkable place to live. I loved waking up every morning to the view of the lake and seeing jet skis and tubing! Unfortunately as I am moving out of state, I cannot continue to rent here. I wholeheartedly recommend Crystal Riviyera to anyone apartment hunting. Thank you team :)
