These "people" are Crooks. They are going after my 80 year old uncle for a made up 40k for "damages" after his company paid over a million in rent for their garbage service over 30 years. Do not, under any circumstances do business with these people. You will regret it.
NOT happy. They do not take care of their tenants well at all
