Capitol Manor Apartments

I have lived at Capitol Manor for many years and can honestly say it's a great place to live. It's only a block away from Fremont Park that hosts a Farmer's Market on Tuesdays, Coffee houses, Restaurants and bars. It's close enough to walk to these locations but also far enough that people that come into midtown to hangout are not walking up and down our block. Management is great and requests for maintenance or other issues are handled almost immediately. It's quiet and safe, for several years I parked on the street and never had any issues with my car. The one bedroom apartment I have is spacious and the price cannot be beat. Pet friendly and for the most part friendly neighbors as well.

I couldn't share enough great things about Capitol Manor Apartments. My colleague lived here before I did and also recommended it to me. Javier who runs the property will truly do anything to make his tenants feel safe and comfortable. He has gone above an beyond his normal hours and is very attentive to any issues, requests, etc. The maintenance crew is always responding with in hours of the request. The building also has been updated recently with a new elevator. The units are up-to-date with appliances as well. The location is prime, being walking distance to Iceblock restaurants and Capitol/L Street restaurants. The price is affordable compared to the other buildings in Sacramento. Capital Manor is a lovely community from the beautifully maintained landscape to the clean and well maintained interior. Each floor has its own laundry room which is a huge plus! The management is kind as well as professional. He goes above & beyond to insure the comfort & safety of the residence. The maintenance team is efficient & get the job done! I enjoy living here!

This is a wonderful apartment community that is well kept. Units are upgraded and spacious. Maintenance and Management is responsive to tenant needs. Security cameras and frequent patrolling makes it a safe environment for it's tenants and visitors.

theyre slow to fix their broken gate. I live in the next building over and it's making a beeping noise (like a smoke detector thats out of battery) thats incredibly annoying. its been beeping non stop for about two days now.
