Zero stars nothing gets done by maintenance or by Samantha in the office. Advertisement for pool hot tub and gym . False pool hasn't open this year or last. Lot of shady people live here. Police and fire trucks at least 1 a month. They have a very high turn over for tenants. The staff Samantha and maintenance man Larry are liers and don't work there worthless.
Very good customer service,, they have a lot of new properties in Paterson, NJ that they are fixing up and selling.
