Just got to close my first hard money loan! Julian ended up calling 4 lenders and was able to match me to a lender with the current best interest rate. Process was smooth and I would definitely recommend it to others especially those new to obtaining loans!

Seasoned investor here. I live out of state and travel to SRQ often to visit and see how my investments are doing. I maxed out what traditional banks were willing to lend me so I looked into private lenders but most turned out to be scams. I searched for a Florida Hard Money lender and landed on these guys. They are transparent, fast, and reliable. My rental loan was 7.75% with a 30 yr and no prepayment penalty. Definitely recommend.
