Canyon View Living on 12th

Beautiful brand-new apartment building. Very modern. My apartment has brand new appliances, nice cabinets and countertops. I love the spacious laundry room. The elevators are very convenient. Nice paintings and carpeted hallways. It looks and smells like a hotel on the inside. The bathroom is nice. I love that it has a detached garage with covered parking so I don't have to scrape my windshield on snow days. Valet trash. The internet is very fast. Quiet and beautiful area near the mouth of the canyon. I don't have pets but there seem to be good amenities for dogs. My only complaint is the fitness center. Some of the equipment doesn't work and the equipment that does requires you to make an account before you can use the machine. Overall I love my apartment here. The staff are friendly and

They named this Apartment canyon view, except none of the apartments have a clear view of the canyon just like their lease agreement isn't clear. We had asked for the kick plate under the cabinets to be nailed on and the maintenance guy never showed. The giant litter box dog run is a complete joke. My dog hated it and refused to use it. Watch out for their fees they charge you for things tgat were not discussed. The comfort package is a joke, I dont think it is right to be forced to pay for something that you dont use. I watched several people's stuff get thrown out of their apartment by management. This company that manages this apartment is only after money. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I dont like. Great apartments with some nice amenities. Cristina keeps the common areas so clean. We've lived in a few other internal apartments and they've always smelled bad.. that's not the case here. She always works so hard to keep the place clean and smelling good. Lauren and the other office receptionists are also always extremely friendly and helpful. The dog wash station and convenience store have been super useful as well.

I just have to brag on Cristina. She keeps this place SPOTLESS and I don't think she gets the recognition she deserves. This is the cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Lauren, Cristina, and Karma are the sweetest souls. Love them😭🖤

Dont rent from here. This place has fees. No discounts for teachers, nurses, or veterans. So many hidden fees. Skylar charges every dime out of you. She's unprofessional and texts like a rude girl over basic questions. Im collecting information and malpractice on this place.
