Canyon Springs Apartments

The apartments are so cute 🥰 and the office women Joy Walter was the sweetest most knowledgeable leasing agent I’ve met . And believe me I’ve seen quite a few these last few weeks of apartment hunting! She walked me through the entire leasing agreement when over all cost. And worked with me to get me into an apartment. The location is great too! Close to just about everything 😁I have and will continue to recommend this place ! If your wanting a clean well maintained Apartment close to many shops restaurants and businesses. A easy painless rental process( Thanks again Joy) then I highly recommend you come here!!

Came in for a tour and Ashley was amazing! She is very helpful and answers every question asked. The property is beautiful and clean. The tenants that we came across were super friendly and respectful. It was so nice we put in an application to live at this beautiful place! I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Ashley for all of your help. You are the best!

The few months I've lived here, Ashley has been outstanding. Ashley helped me set up my Dashboard and explained every item listed in the menu. Ashley has taken my calls and submitted maintenance requests for me; all of which were completed the same day :) Ashley is extremely patient, helpful, and friendly. I am so happy I chose Canyon Springs as my home!

I used to live here about three years ago.And returned here because I like the amenities offered. But what I was surprised by is the friendly staff.. the neighbors are very quiet and the sound isolation is very good. I have been getting a peaceful night's sleep ever since I got here.

So far I’ve had a great experience here. The community is quiet. Maintenance is super fast to respond to the small requests I’ve made, and Ashley in the front office is also friendly, fast and thorough. Thank you!
