Canyon Gate Apartments

While I haven't lived there, I do know a number of people who do. The bed bugs were dealt with and are gone. They happen even in five star establishments. But more so than many apartment complexes of its kind, there is a real sense of community here. The people are generally kind and caring about each other and have a good time together. And being right next to the rec center and right next to Clear Creek, the environment is quite nice.

Bed Bugs. They need to renovate this place.
