Terrible with Epic property, even worse with Cascade Management. One of the ‘bosses’ as she claims, will yell and harass you in the parking lot. Yet still has poor communication. The given email doesn’t work. The online rent portal doesn’t work. Won’t address the pigeons pooping everywhere. There use to be chickens too. Visitors every hour in the night coming and going. The Bluffs Apartments is a goldmine compared to this place.
3 story apartment complex. Under new management. Hopefully they'll make improvements. A lot of section 8 tenants. Has had a bit of crime in the past. Maybe improving idk, only a guest/visitor.
