Canyon Crest Apartments

Great place to live , Reasonable rent generally quiet. I would like to update this. This has been the biggest nightmare of my life. I’ve had men sexually proposition me.. Management is a nightmare, They made me sleep in my apartment after it poured water through the ceiling, creating me to get cellulitis because they made me stay there for 2 days . They told me to shower there. Seven days and then the Ogden fire department move my Handicap chair into the apartment they put me in. They even offered to move over . Well, now the works done. I have to go back over to the other apartment and they will not bring my bed so I would not recommend this to anybody. They are not responsible for anything that gets ruined in flooding or Disaster happening at the apartment they are not going to hel

I wouldn't recommend living here either they rip me off by me having to pay 1300 for cleaning and my place got robbed 4 time and furniture got broken by whoever broke into my place. I even clean place and did better carpet clean and they still want me pay this and I refused I had to move out break lease cuz I kept getting robbed.

Great location at the mouth of the canyon. Staff was nice enough but refused to handle noise complaints. Its nice that there are a range of lease options and I would only recommend staying for a brief time. They will jack up the rent quite a bit after each time your lease expires and soon you will be paying too much for an apartment that has no covered parking, no wd hook ups, no dishwasher and very small kitchens...I had to move my fridge over into the small dining area because I could not open the oven door all the way while standing in front of it, because the fridge was in the way. This was in the deluxe model which only means it was remodeled....because this place is old! The pool was nice but was closed for the entire month of August! They overcharged me for cleaning at move out and

Do not move here. The manager would not take care of issues with Comcast that are supposed to be her job. I had my cable shut off because the apartment's did not pay for the cable which is paid for by them. The manager told me to call Comcast, which isn't my job. There are other issues with the management here but I don't have the time to address them all. For your benefit do not move here.

Love living here. Management is great, apartments are nice. Rents not too expensive. Great location. Pool and sauna. No washer/dryer hookups, but the laundry room isn't too expensive. All around a great place to live.
