Canova Palms

I have been a resident of Canova Palms for three years.Yes, it is a small community but that's it's charm. Besides all of the amenities it's clean, quiet & convenient. The manager, Bridgett Crump is a blessing! She goes above & beyond to resolve any issues that may arise. She works hard to make Canova Palms a safe & fun environment. We have at least one social activity a month which gives the residents a chance to meet & make new friends. I love it! Let me also give props to the maintenance staff who are very efficient. It really is a great place to live!

I recently had the pleasure of working with the property manager, Bridgette Crump,, from application to move-in at Canova Palms, and I must say she is absolutely exceptional. Bridgette went the extra mile to navigate challenges we encountered, ensuring a smooth move-in process. Her presence is incredibly peaceful and kind, and her efficiency is top-notch. Furthermore, the maintenance staff at Canova Palms is not only friendly but also impressively quick to respond to maintenance requests. If you're seeking top-notch service, great floor plans and a comfortable living experience, look no further. Thank you, Bridgette, and the maintenance team, for making Canova Palms one phenomenal property!

Very happy with all the amenities and the staff is always helpful. Could not be in a better place.

I called to ask availability on a 1 bedroom and attendant basically says that their waiting list is from 6 to 12 months and I simply asked to get on their waiting list and she replies with that they are at full capacity and theirs no way she can even take my name or number to see if we can be added to that waiting list. They must not want any new tenants or be kind enough to put anyone on their waiting list. Excuse after excuse when I asked simply why can't we get on a waiting list basically refusing any kind of helpfulness. I definitely don't recommend this property for any of your loved ones with this kind of treatment.

I called to inquire about leasing an apartment. I have been on lists for 9 months, and am so confused as to navigating Texas housing, And how it works between hud and DHA. The lady that I spoke with, was so sweet and absolutely phenomenal in trying to help me. Currently, they do not have a unit available, but she went above and beyond to give me a resource to help in finding one. She was so sweet and precious!
