Candlewood Apartments

I'm currently living here right now. If you're a hardworking individual who wants peace and quiet then this apartment isn't for you. The apartment is not insulated properly so you can hear EVERYTHING in the apartments around you which is horrible when you were placed under an apartment with kids. The apartment is decent except for the fact that it's a cold flat and it's super expensive to use the heat. I can't ship my packages here because they get stolen. I'm disappointed with this apartment building. In fact, the only thing that's good around here is there maintenance department. I wouldn't recommend here unless you can sleep through a tornado.

I'm writing to warn anyone who's considering moving into this place. As with most of us who reside in an apartment, we're just trying to get by. These people will hit you with frivolous violations at a tune of $75.00. My neighbors had issues that involved the police, these greedy individuals fined me $75 for someone else's mistake. Everything is a money grab for a sub par apartment that has poor sound insulation. You will hear your neighbors very well and depending upon their hours and your schedule, that could be a nightmare!! Be careful when you move out, they'll act nice, but if you don't do everything by the book, the WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT!! If I could give a word of advice, spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!! My child lives here and the place flooded in the last rain. They've done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and will probably have the health department called on them if they continue to ignore it.
