I have been in the world of renting for quite some time and have seen the good and the bad. Campus Rentals has BY FAR been the BEST experience I have had. They are easy to work with, easy to contact in an emergency, fairly priced, and I feel like I am always listened to and valued - special shout out to Haylee Holland :) Top tier customer service all around and would rent from them again!
Maintenance Roy has been the absolute best at maintaining properties and swiftly helping maintenance needs. My power, confusingly went out the other day and he came over within a few minutes to investigate the issue. He found out the issue and not only told us, but contacted the electrician and electric company to fix it asap. He also has gotten my rental house a new washing machine within a timely manner when my washing machine broke down. The landlords he has worked under for 25+ years are the sweetest and they do the best at upkeeping their properties.
1000% recommend working with Haylee! She treats us like actual humans instead of a business deal and gets things done so quick! She has been really helpful with everything we have needed. Need someone with professionalism and a realistic mindset, go with her!!
Dakota was so helpful. He came in to look at our leak and contacted someone to fix it the same day. He also cleaned our drain without us asking. Love that guy!
Haylee is the best property manager!! She was my property manager for 2 years and was easy to get into contact with. She was always willing to answer any questions my roommates and I had and made our renting experience 10x better! ◡̈
