Todd has been an excellent agent. He's responsive, knowledgeable about the LA area, and strategic in selecting and negotiating deals. He made sure that I'd be comfortable with my mortgage, and actively pressure-tested the property once we went into escrow with his team of experts. Todd Stein is one-of-a-kind and our biggest mistake in our house hunt was not using him earlier. Todd's experience as a builder and real-estate assesor gives him a unique ability to assess the value of a home and help us understand what types of remodels are possible (other agents we spoke to would give us erroneous/misleading advice on setbacks and or defer each time to an architect service they were attempting to sell).
