Campbell Property Management

Absolutely terrible company. They make everything difficult. Issuing a guest pass for when family comes to visit is so hard. They establish a process where you can only ask for a pass between office hours for no more then a week, and to issue a new one you have to receive a warning/violation on your vehicle. If you have guest out off office hours the only option is to get one of their violations. After getting a pass for the second time, they booted my vehicle only a couple of hours after the pass expired. If only they were this strict with themselves. This company is trash, I don't understand how they have customers, they are certainly in conflict of interest with the associations because no owner is happy with them.

This property management is by far the WORST I have ever dealt with. I am a resident of palm aire buildings and I can assure they do not care about residents. They do not notify residents of work being done around the property. I just walked out into my living room unclothed to find a man on a boomlift doing work. This is unacceptable. Shouldn't residents be notified of these things!? It is so inconsiderate to the people who live here. Tree trimming being done with no notice to move cars, and if they do its a day late. Also, I work from home and am constantly disrupted by contractors. Im not saying the property should be maintained, but a notice is absolutely necessary to plan our day around the noise and disruption. I have meetings and sales calls that are continuously disrupted by noise

I deal with many property management companies. Campbell property management in Pompano beach is very slow to respond to specific questions and concerns and rarely give you a complete answer where you don't have to follow up with more questions. If you walk into their office they are not typically very welcoming.

These people are stuck 60 years in the past. They are the worst organization ever encountered. They are rood? Illogical and they establish procedures to provide the home owners and their guest a terrible experience.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mark Graham for his incredible support and diligence throughout the process of selling my property. He always demonstrated the utmost willingness to help, responding to any questions or requests in a highly professional and prompt manner. Since we purchased our property in 2021, Mark has been an invaluable asset to us, always assisting with any needs we had. We will truly miss Mark, not only for his outstanding work but also for the wonderful person he is.
