Management is incompetent. The place is a dump. Cops are often there for all kinds of things. Trash on the ground all over the place. Loud parties. The pool remained a health hazard for a long time. Did I mention how incompetent management is? Keep track of all of your rental payments.

The place is HORRIBLE and I got out as soon as I could. It started going downhill after a company called Ledic took over and then got even worse when the company MMG Management LLC took it over after and is still bad. Definitely not worth even $700/month living there!!! Beware they can't even get things fixed due to previous managers stealing money and not paying other companies. The last year I was there the pool was so nasty nobody could go swimming when it should have been maintained and the small plays set they just recently bought and is a joke already breaking. Not to mention they will lie saying you didn't pay your last rent and not give your deposit back even when you show proof and the lie saying they will send a check and never do it! They are thieves and definitely not trustwort

I am very disappointed. I hope that I can improve this rating once my concerns are addressed; however it is hard being I am simply in the application process and have yet to know where I stand..I applied on 7/17 and have yet to hear anything. I attempted to call but my messages were not returned. Then I attempted to stop by on Monday 7/28 and was told by the new office manager that he would get with the screening company and find out where I am in the process. He ensured me that I would hear back by end of day, if not in the morning first thing. Understandable. Yet, I have not heard anything as of late. I am very concerned at this point. Hi my name is Nadine and Ms. Rhonda is very sweet, professional and friendly. The application process was smooth. She engaged with me as well. Rhonda is a very good Property Manager and she is very funny.

Very unprofessional. The present manager talks down to tenants, sarcastically, or totally ignore them, as though we have no right to decent, clean environment. I was told anything I want done in my apartment, I would have to pay for. Property unkept, much less than 3 years ago. Actually much worst, comparing to when I moved in 2013. Mrs. Wilson was a great manager, and knew how to manage, she was very professional.
