Cameron Place Apartments

We just moved our son in, and we couldn’t be more grateful for Lisete! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything so smooth and stress-free. From answering all of our questions to going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, she truly cared. We feel so blessed to have had her guiding us through this experience. We honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Lisete!

I highly recommend this apartment complex and whole heartedly believe it is the best complex in town. They provide the best balance of a large and quality apartment for a reasonable price. I wish I had known washers and dyers are not provided here prior to moving in, but hook-ups are available in each unit, so it was not too much of an issue. Thank you Cameron Place for being a great home for a year!

I moved here in May and have loved every second of it! The staff has been so welcoming and friendly! Our AC went out during possibly the hottest week of summer, but we were given 2 portable ACs to help stay cool, and they replaced our whole AC unit in a timely manner! My fiancé and I are so happy to call this our home! We are very grateful to live somewhere where we are taken care of!

Always paid the rent on time. Was told when we moved here they don’t really enforce towing cuz there aren’t any stickers on vehicles. But magically towed my vehicle when I was in the process of moving out. But they can’t tow the literal 5 cars parked in front of my apartment when it’s supposed to be 2 vehicles per place. The apartment upstairs literally has 5 vehicles. Was given a FILTHY apartment when first moved in. We had to spend 2 days cleaning before we could unpack. Save your money and mental peace, RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Do not rent here! This place has gone downhill fast. It used to be fairly pleasant. But within the last year or so it seems like they are actively hostile to residents. They will tow your car for nothing, even if you live there and are paid. And I don't mean your friends cars or broken down cars. YOUR car. If they decide they want to paint the parking lot and your parked where they want to paint they will send a text giving you literally minutes before they tow you. speaking of parking, there's not enough. if you get there late at night you're going to have to walk across the entire dark complex. it doesn't feel safe. They don't have enough dumpsters and apparently refuse to get more. They are constantly overflowing. it doesn't seem sanitary and probably is what's attracting rod
