Camelot Square Apartments

I'd like to give my thanks to the Camelot mangement and maintenance team for doing a great job helping me out with a leak in my ceiling. The issue was promptly addressed, and followed up daily until the issue was resolved. Jeremy, from the maintenance team did a great job. He kept in contact daily, in person and through the phone to check up on me. I appreciate respecting my space and accommodating my special needs and requests. The work was finished in a timely manner and with my job schedule. I'd also like to thank Tatiana and the office team for being sensitive to my needs and provided cleaning for my apartment.

Maintenance of these apartments is not ideal. Anything that is broken or worn out is unlikely to get fixed. This seems to be due to the management of the maintenance staff, not the staff themselves. You'll go years without things getting fixed...likely never getting fixed. A recent change in management was promising, but still have not had anything fixed, some issues are over 10 years old and still not fixed. We DO have a lot of space in our townhouse for the price, though.

They allow cigg smokers to smoke in the apartments, hallways, laundry rooms, right by doors, where the smoke comes into other tenants windows. Allow dogs off leash to run around hallways peeing on the carpet floors. Keep old dirty rugs in apartments but up the rent with no changes. I would not recommend this place. Zero advocacy for the tenants who don't smoke and the animals that have to endure the smoke as well. Air purifiers don't even help.

I have recently transferred units from a studio to a split level. The nice ladies in the office made the transition smooth and easy. They clarified potential issues with security deposit and worked overtime to ensure I would get my security deposit. I’ve been living here for 3 and a half years.

We’ve lived in Camelot (town house) for over 8 years now and never had any major issues. There were instances where we had to wait some time to have this or that repaired (not an emergency) but overall it’s a good place to live. We’ve had all of our kitchen cabinets replaced, cement steps built, wooden floor in balcony replaced. And most recently we had an issue with our dishwasher (it stopped drying) and called this situation in. On the next day one of the maintenance guys (thank you Jeremy!!) came and told us that they ordered a new machine for us and that it will be delivered and installed on the following week. And that is exactly what occurred.
