I lived here for almost a decade - the first few years were admittedly a bit rough at times, but after Stefanie and Shawn took over as super & maintenance things really turned around. You can rely on them to look after you and your neighbors. Rent is very reasonable for the Falls. The common areas are well maintained and so are the apartments when you let them know something is up. Tenants are friendly, lots of older folks and young families. It's a quiet place for the most part! Also, right off the 420, which is amazinggggggg for cutting through the city or getting on the QEW. (Also, can confirm the "Kyle" reviewer was disgusting. My husband and I moved to Camelot towers in the spring of 2024 after selling our home and downsizing. After 2 viewings and the application, which we only did due to how impressed we were with our first visits. Greeted at each one by a friendly ,enthusiastic superintendent who answered our questions and showed us around the building . This quaint building has attractive curb appeal. Flower planters a the entrance. A clean lobby sporting both " older Accents " and newer security abilities including security cameras and an entery phone key pane access connenected to a cell app. The rent is more than reasonable. Stay away from this building. This is the worst building in Niagara Falls. I lived here for seven years me and my family within seven years the owner RAJ and Ram asked me to do work in the building the first maintenance man and the superintendent that was in the building was fine with me helping them at no cost. We got a new superintendent. They are very lazy. They vacuum the hallways like once every two months and cleans the Building they harass their tenants in the building, such as making up fault reports to the city of Niagara Falls and police. 10:02 I have been residing in Camelot Properties for six years. First and foremost I would like to rectify the statement from Kyle. Kyle is Chris Young. He and his wife and mother moved in the building 2 years ago. Along with there beds infected with bedbugs, cockroachs etc. Within two months the apartments beside them and above them had to relocate to other apartments within the building due to their infected apartment. We were blessed with new management Stefanie (Superintendent) and Sean Maintenance. When Stefanie came aboard her first mission was to have these people evicted as quick as possible.
