Camelot Apartments

I lived in the Camelot apartments for a year. Mr. Derrick is very friendly, professional & courteous. He always made it easy for me when it came to answering any sort of questions, scheduling maintenance works, etc. He has always been available helpful and resourceful. I would also like to appreciate the maintenance team led by Mr. Allan and Mr. Paul. They have been very kind, responsive and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Been looking to rent for 3 months, I can never get someone on the phone or to send an email back. I would remove this rating if someone could get in touch with me, because aside from management and communication I think these apartments are in a perfect location with a reasonable price. Would love nothing more than a simple response.

I moved almost 1,000 miles from home to Ypsi and landed at Camelot and we absolutely love it here. I have lived here over a year and will continue for the foreseeable future. The property manager is amazing, always friendly, and helpful.

I’m willing to change or remove my review when my experience changes, but I have tried calling and emailing the leasing office to lease an apartment multiple times over the past month with no response. When I go to see if anyone is there, the office is closed in the middle of the afternoon, though the office should be open until 5:00. Super unprofessional

This is in a great location! A gym, restaurants, & laundry matt are all within a 5 minute walking distance! Rent is affordable! The locals are very nice! Repairs are done quickly! The manager is very nice & understanding!
