3.5/5 I feel like now I can speak on my experience living at Camden Landmark for almost 2 years. I just terminated my lease. Pros: Maintenance- Anytime my husband put in a maintenance request. It was always filled in a timely manner. Apartment size- Good size apartments especially for couples! Location!! Location!!- Great location near everything Cons: Guest parking- The guest parking is is extremely limited definitely not enough for the entire location Pet owners- They don’t clean up after their animals and it always smelled like poop or pee. “Luxury” trash pick- not very consistent and you can’t opt out. If you’re looking for upscale apartments these aren’t it. Ok for small families/couples on a reasonable budget. I wish we did more looking in the area because there’s some really nic

the maintenance here is always so fast! I always hear stories of other complex complaining about not having thing completed on time but not here. carlos once again completed my maintenance order. he honestly is my favorite! he always completes my work orders on time and if he can’t do it that day he’ll keep me updated always on parts. he doesn’t just forget. he’s always super friendly . my son is autistic and whenever he comes over he’s always so nice and understanding. my son is an eloper so he always makes sure to lock the chain I have behind him and always lets me know when he’s going back out so I can watch the door. he makes me and my kids feel safe. whenever he comes and does a work order he makes sure to clean up after himself after any work orders. he is the reason I transferred

Outstanding Maintenance Service I recently had a maintenance request for my bathroom sink, and Jose Gutierrez came by to take care of it. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient—he diagnosed the issue right away and had it fixed in no time. What really stood out was his respect for my home and his attention to detail, ensuring everything was clean and working perfectly before he left. His positive attitude, skill, and dedication reflect the highest level of customer service—huge thanks to Jose G. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping residents. I really appreciate the quick response and quality service—thank you for making maintenance such a positive experience!

I’ve lived here for a few years and honestly, this place used to be peaceful, clean, and respectful. I really liked living here in the beginning. Fast forward to now, and it’s a completely different environment. Ever since the rent prices dropped, the vibe has changed entirely. It’s loud, chaotic, and honestly just trashy compared to how it used to be. On top of that, there’s people who clearly have more than the maximum amount of people allowed on the lease. So I’m the one that has to deal with the constant stomping, running around, and screaming. It really sucks when you’re doing your part and respecting the rules, yet others continuously violate the rules with no consequences. I'm grateful that we have such a professional and competent maintenance team at this property. I had a longstanding issue that took a while to diagnose, troubleshoot and ultimately rectify. Throughout the process Carlos was very knowledgeable, communicative, thorough, and transparent. I appreciate his efforts and I'm very thankful for his contribution to the Landmark community.
