Yo, whoever's looking to stay here, read this review here: After spending about a semester and a half here, I’ve really come to love this place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which is perfect for someone who values alone time and having room to truly feel at home. There’s plenty of space for storage both under the beds and in the closets with a large provided dresser type thing, a good sized desk, and a nice little nightstand. The walls are thick enough that I can’t hear what my roommates are doing which is something I especially appreciate when exams are coming up. Trust me when I say the rooms are bigger in person than what it looks like in pictures and the virtual tour, I was pleasantly surprised. They also aren’t overly strict with decor. Management is so kind and really takes care of us. Having a private room in Rexburg is hard to come by and Camden is definitely the best complex to come to if you're wanting one!

Save your money. When I first moved in the screen in my window had a hole in it I told management and all they did was remove the screen. It's been 3 semesters and they still have yet to replace the screen. Maintenance almost never comes and the heating and cooling don't work since they shoved one AC unit into the living room window we now have a bug problem due to shoddy work. The washer and dryer are all in the middle building making it completely impractical to do laundry which will be 2+ hours for one load of laundry not to mention the fact that if we get a blizzard or a heavy snow and can't leave the apartment at all you can't do laundry. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE SIGNING WITH THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! The Camden claims that their rooms have been newly renovated. We found them to be underwhelming. What we experienced was overpriced, dirty, and the shared rooms are incredibly small. The stairways and hallways are very narrow. We paid a few hundred less for my son’s apartment that was a LOT larger, newer, and nicer. I highly recommend that you go look at the apartments in-person before signing any agreements. Especially if you have any extenuating circumstances that make it difficult to live in small, enclosed spaces!!!! My daughter had a panic attack when we arrived and she saw how small the apartment and room was. In fact, so much so that she couldn’t stay. Great apartments. Very close to the school campus I didn’t even buy a school parking pass. There are some bad reviews but not sure what those are all about. Must have been lists of upgrades before I moved in. Also they have private rooms which is a plus.
