Maintenance has always been completed in a very timely and efficient manner, and the office is very communicative with everything going on around here; two very nice changes for me! I also appreciate the cleanliness outside and the visible effort that goes into keeping it as such. My kitties also enjoy the space and don't get startled by so many random loud noises anymore

Lived here for roughly 3 years, the office changes staff often, but that can’t be helped. This past year the main receptionist I deal with is named Jonathan and he is quite helpful whenever I give the office a call! Never leaving a call with him and being dissatisfied, so helpful! 🥳

I really like my apartment! The place has been a great fit for me. One of the highlights of living here has been the people - both the office staff and the maintenance team are super nice and helpful. They’ve been responsive and supportive whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living here and would recommend it.

I have lived at Cambridge 12 years and my stay has been pleasant. I’m very happy living here whenever I have a maintenance request it’s taken care of promptly. It is a quiet place to live in I always recommend to friends and family when they are looking a place.

The leasing agent and manager was very helpful today when I was having a problem with my account. I just wanted to say thank you to the young man working at the front desk this afternoon 5/23/25. He walked me through the entire process. I've lived here since 2018 and i absolutely love it here. I was skeptical at the beginning because of the location, but everyone I've met has been a good helpful people and we look out for each other. I've lived in oro valley for years and never once knew my neighbors, here I know all my neighbors and we are most definitely here to help each other in alot of ways. So bravo to Cambridge village apartments!
