Cambridge Square Apartments

I’ve been living here for 19 years & in them 19 years the first years of living there was amazing!! The office ladies were nice and so was the maintenance. Now I don't even know who is in the actual maintenance department! We’ve had NO updates here everything is the same and falling apart. Why haven’t our parks gotten updated and I feel we deserve a pool now. I’ve called so many times for them to come fix things here and it’s always “we will put you on the list” we need a new bathtub , new sink in the kitchen, new floors, new paint on our walls. I feel the people who have been here for this long deserves this & more. I hope things change soon because I do not see myself living here next year!

Today On February 16th, The Entire Gutter On The Top Floor Of An Apartment Complex Across From Me Fell Down On The Balconies Where People Can Look Outside; Yesterday, February 15th, The Gutter Where I Live Fell Down In Front Of The Stairs With All The Ice Stopping People From Going Out The Front Door To The Parking Lot.

Love how friendly and professional the staff are in this community. My move in was very smooth and easy. My family felt welcomed. Maintenance is very professional and friendly. When I need a maintenance request they are quick to respond.The apartments are very spacious and I love that they don’t have carpet.

This complex has truly changed for the better. I called and ended up speaking with Stephanie who was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions without any hesitation. She was very friendly, had a great personality and made sure all of my questions were answered by the end of our phone call. Great experience all around!!

If I can give them a -0, I would. They are rude and unkind people. All they do is collect money and lie and pick with renters who do the right things. I hope they all know that God doesn't like ugly. I have lived out here for a while. They keep hiring all these heartless people who don't care about the decency of showing humanity. They told me I couldn't have my cat who was 21 years old and tried to make me get real of him. How cold hearted is that. My cat is one of God creation. How dare they even think to do that. Someone stole all my property and one of the maintenance man told me I should have kept my stuff on me and they usually put people out for losing their keys etc. The maintenance man wouldn't come and unlock my door for me and he live right around the corner.
