If I can give them no star I would, been living at Ravens Crossing in Altamonte since 2016 and this complex has gone downhill after COVID. The grounds are horrible and unkept, pot holes everywhere trash everywhere dirty. Us residents cannot even use the amenities pool and gym is unclean and not up to code to use. Let’s talk about the units, infested with rodents yes not just roaches. They do not fix anything the units are filled with mold and making us sick. They keep raising the rent but do nothing to fix anything. You call the corporate number not only does no one pick up but you leave a message and nothing happens. The property manager and leasing staff are rude. Someone is pocketing our hard earned money over 200 units and nothing is fixed or kept. The pond stinks of dead animals and f

I am a resident of Turnberry 1 at Pelican Sound Golf and River Club. I want to thank Heather Keel our property manager for helping me deal with a problem that involved several different services. She coordinated and handled it promptly , professionally and efficiently. I am very appreciative.

Oh I see now, the Business Practice company wide is being rude and unprofessional. Interesting how they can get away with mistreating the most vulnerable in our community simply because they are of lower income! Do better before the perfect person to place a lawsuit comes along because you never know who knows who!! ;) I was told that what you see in the picture is NOT mold and to "find another remedy" to the situation.....so posting is 1 of my "other remedies".

This company takes really good care of their properties. They have a new one called Avila in Oviedo, and I walked in…..it literally look like a resort. Definitely a great place to live because it managed by people who actually care about their residents!! If I could give more stars I would!!! CHECK THEM OUT AND THANK ME LATER!!!!

Called to speak to the director of my property manager at one of the complexes the manage and was not able to speak to Penny. I have been residing in one of their units and have been dealing with roaches from the beginning of my lease. No one can seem to give me the answer I’m looking. They are unprofessional when it comes their tenants. My unit has become uninhabitable as their are roaches literally crawling in my daughters bed. I can not get anyone to resolve the matter for me. Maybe I need to report them to the DBPR or call the news station. Whichever I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my unit and hopefully my situation can get resolved. I would not recommend this management to anyone!
