I can’t express how kind and truly down-to-earth the staff in the leasing office are. Alison, Jennifer, and Anna are incredibly welcoming and always take the time to listen to any complaint, compliment, or concern. This is my girlfriend’s and my first time living together, and the experience has been wonderful. Whenever we’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been resolved by the next day. The buildings are kept very clean, with crews coming weekly to maintain the interior hallways and lobbies. During the recent snowstorms, the maintenance team worked around the clock to keep the parking lot and sidewalks clear, which we really appreciated. I rented a 1 bedroom at Cambridge hall for one year and the only reason I did not renew is because I had the opportunity to move in with friends across town. My apartment was very spacious and had a little balcony. Any concerns, questions or issues I had with appliances or what have you were addressed VERY promptly by maintenance, and I did not have many issues at all. My unit did not have a washer and dryer but there are washers and dryers in the basement for WAY cheaper than the local laundromats. ($2 a load). Buildings are locked and the complex has a security officer that patrols at night for safety (I particularly liked this because I travel on foot and mostly return from work after it’s dark). wish i could give it less. as a college student this place is WAY too expensive and not worth it for what you get. parking situation if you ever want anyone visiting or need anyone to park is very stingy, had a car towed for not even parking here 24 hours for $250 because it didn’t have a pass for extenuating circumstances and they wouldn’t appeal it to the garage that tows for them. the lengthy replies to all of the negative google reviews speak for themselves.

Truly terrible. Run down unit, 1 of 2 showers did not work for several months, we ended up getting a half month of rent back for how terrible it was. Two different ceiling leaks, neither handled in a timely manner. Barely slept from noise of upstairs neighbors and their unregistered dog. The vinyl flooring is poorly installed, you will hear every step you take and your upstairs neighbors, and there are dips everywhere. We had a socket burst and our microwave went out and all of this for about 1,100 per person. Also, bugs, mostly silverfish and gnats, which aren't a huge deal, but after two visits by exterminators, neither stopped the issues. The garbage is about a block walk and always overflowing. Awful experience. The staff is so rude for absolutely no reason. Don’t even bother sending a maintenance request for anything before you move you because they’re going to wait so they can charge you for it all. On top of that, you’re gonna have to pay 5 dollars a month just to get your own mail. Seems almost like extortion. And setting up your luxer one account is so hellish as is. I’d recommend getting your packages sent elsewhere and then go pick them up. Overall they’re mean and penny suckers ❤️
