Cambridge Court Apartments

Management and maintenance is awesome except when it comes to the laundry room, which is always very dirty and usually most machines ar out of order or don't dry fully. Some washing machines smell like sewage... The apartments are good but really small for the price, if you choose to have a washer and dryer machine at home for the cost of $20 a month you loose your storage space in the apartment. The rent recently went up which would be fine if some improvements were made

After having lived here for two years, here is my honest review: It has overall been an amazing experience! I love the community and the ward! The people definitely make it feel more like a home! The apartments are small. It’s great if you’re just starting off. Once we got a washer a dryer our storage space was gone, so we just limit the things that we get. The laundry room is mediocre. Only like 3 dryers actually work. But we got our own so we don’t have to worry about it. Upstairs neighbors can be noisy but that’s more of a neighbor problem I think. Maintenance has been really good! We’ve gotten quick responses every time! Parking is okay. When we had a 2nd car it was sometimes hard to find a place for it, but I love that we are guaranteed at least one spot! And parking is free! I

my husband and i lived at cambridge court for a little over a year. it was nice for our first apartment together but ultimately would not live there again. the rent when we first moved in was fine taking into account how tiny the apartments are and the lack of amenities. but they raised the rent recently and i’m sure you could find a bigger apartment for the same price. the laundry room sounded convenient at first, but most of the machines smell gross and don’t work well. one time we had to pay $9 in quarters for one load because every dryer we tried, didn’t dry our clothes. we ended up going to Magic Suds to do our laundry. the size of the apartments is good if you don’t have a lot of stuff or it’s just two people. the one bedrooms are less than 500 square feet and the two bedrooms are

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and we have really liked it here! The apartments pretty simple but are clean and decent looking. It’s a nice area. The prices are pretty decent for rexburg. Our only complaints we have had are the parking (there’s not always enough spaces for our two cars) and the laundry room (it’s a bit pricy to do laundry and there are always a lot of machines out of order). Overall we’ve had a great experience here and would recommend it.

Good place to live. They do a great job keeping up with the grounds, plowing snow in the winter and trimming plants in the summer. The space is good (1 and 2 bedroom apartments) for an okay price. The management are easy to work with and quick to resolve maintenance issues. The internet is terrible, which is probably the biggest downside of living here. Everything else is good. I've loved living here and would definitely recommend this place.
