Updated: 4/14/25 - after reviewing everything, they gave me another $250 of my money back. My review still stands. Super easy to get a place to live, but they make moving out miserable. Their customer service is why people hate renting. 4/3/25 - still have not received an email with our paint credits. I recently finished a 24-month lease with Camber Property Management in the Saratoga neighborhood and was extremely disappointed with my experience. They attempted to raise our rent without adding any value to the home. When I requested a detailed receipt for an $800+ paint charge—a right clearly stated in our lease—I was told that James would get back to me, but it’s been over a week with no follow-up. We even paid a $500 pet deposit two weeks before moving out for a kitten we just found a
