Been living at Sterling Heights since May, there are feral cats EVERYWHERE, they’ve damaged our cars, there is cat poop and pee everywhere. There is trash everywhere around the property. There are walnut trees overhanging every parking space and when the walnuts fall they have ALSO damaged both our vehicles. Dents all over our roofs and hoods. They let several tenants have indoor/outdoor cats and there are fleas in the CARPETED outdoor hallways, those carpeted hallways are also COVERED in dog hair. There are bugs, spiders, grasshoppers and roaches all over the place. They have double standards with tenants. They closed the pool 12 weeks early to punish the tenants because some kids bent their cheap aluminum fence. The management is ridiculous. 10/10 don’t recommend. We will not be renewing

We recently moved into a townhome here and can’t say how much we love it enough. The staff is super friendly and prompt. We had a couple of items after we moved in that needed addressing and Chase with maintenance was super quick in getting them addressed. He also would come by and check periodically to make sure we were all set and if anything needed addressing. Looking forward to living here long term!

I have an apartment at Callio Properties - Midtown Square. Since moving to Chattanooga I’ve lived in a handful of different apartments, never had the best experience until now. Our leasing agent, Sara, made the process so smooth. The few times we have needed maintenance they responded in a pretty timely manner. The apartment is extremely nice and excellent for the price. It’s a nice community to live in, everyone is friendly. We do not see ourselves moving out of here unless we move cities or decide to buy a house because we love this place so much. It is close to a train track but after three days, we totally got used to it and I don’t even hear the train anymore. The location is prime. You are close to Hixon and Downtown.

My roommate and I had been eyeing the Stovall apartments for a couple of months when we finally saw an availability and jumped on it! Our leasing agent, Sara, was so wonderful and helped us with the whole process, even holding the apartment while we got our affairs in order to finish the application process. We have lived here for three months now and only have raving things to say about the apartment. Any issue we've had, which are typical and expected for a property, were resolved in less than a day. The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect! I definitely recommend contacting Sara if you're interested in applying!

I only have horrible things to say about the property manager, Alicia. She is awful to deal with. We lived there for 9 months and it was 9 months too long. I broke my lease early because of her and school. She never wanted to help us, she only ever cared about getting her money and being rude about doing it. Our roommate never paid her portion of our lease break fee and she threatened to take US (my fiancé and I) to court for paying our portion and not our roommates. She was straight up about wanting to take us to court. She also found it so inconvenient to explain our end of lease charges and thought it was so rude to ask her to do so. The complex was okay. She never took care of our concerns and simply doesn’t care about her tenants. 0/5 stars. They should be hiring someone else.
