I could not recommend Call Us First Inspections more! Don’t buy a home before Robb and his team have seen it! Not only did they complete the inspection within 24 hours of us calling to schedule, but they brought 3 inspectors, did an extremely thorough job and finished within 2 hours. During the inspection each team member talked through what they were seeing and helped us to understand what everything meant. We will never not use Robb and his team!

I would absolutely recommend Scott and his team. We just purchased our first home and Call Us First did an excellent job for us! It was a very thorough inspection for a GREAT price. The inspector, Neal, was very kind and courteous, it was raining that day and he always made sure to take his shoes off when walking on our new carpet. Scott stopped by briefly to make sure everything was going well and I felt very taken care of. I felt like they did a great job explaining to me what potential issues could be without talking down to me or making it seem scary. 10/10 would use again!

Working with Scott at CUFHI has been a fantastic experience! We met him twice, once to do the initial home inspection and again to verify that our requested repair were completed as agreed. He was early to both appointments, super personable, really professional, and walked us through each and every line item. I can't say enough good things about him, only that I wish we could use him again soon!

We used this company at the recommendation of our realtor and I cannot say enough good things about Scott and Robb. They were extremely fast, efficient, and thorough. The inspection report was so detailed and easy to read, and included labeled pictures. Scott and Robb were both very nice and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I would definitely recommend them.

I called to set up an inspection and was able to get one set up 2 days out from when I called. Scott did an extremely thorough job, and explained every single thing I noticed during his inspection. Scott didn't just arrive on time, he arrived early and started working right away! His report is sent to you as a PDF and is very easy to read and understand. Highly, highly recommend using Call Us First if you need a home inspection.
