This was my first apartment leasing experience, and Vincent guided me through the entire process with exceptional professionalism. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. The amenities are outstanding and completely new, and the community truly feels like a five-star resort. Edit: I do have 1 complaint which is parking spot assignments. I have to walk to the other side of the building for mine. Be sure to ask which parking spot you are assigned to before signing the lease, because it is tied to your unit.

The apartment complex is so beautiful in every form!!! The designer/architect did an amazing job. You can really tell they thought about their future residents. Its smell so lovely in the leasing office! And OH, Sweet Janeth Latin!!! was a true hostess (assistant property manager). She was super pleasant, she really took her time showing me around, and explaining the process. Even after the initial tour was over, she took me to see the amazing view of the pool with the mountains in the background 💕😍

All crew members are so so nice and helpful. A big shout-out to Shirin and Vincent! Made our move from Madison Wisconsin to here without any problem. The place is beautiful. You will be happy living here.

Recently had the pleasure of visiting Calixa and I must say, it's truly stunning. The Community’s impression is fun and elegant, with stylish exteriors and lush landscaping around that create a welcoming atmosphere. Inside, the apartments are spacious, well-designed, and filled with natural light, making each unit feel warm and inviting. The community amenities are impressive— state-of-the-art fitness center, sparkling pool, communal lounges, and outdoor gathering spaces that foster a sense of community. Shirin on the leasing team is friendly, professional, and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. Shirin is who you want to see. First going to start by saying we LOVE it here! We first moved in and had a HUGE ant problem. Pest came and it was fixed but since they didn’t spray my restroom they had to come back. This time without warning and locked my cat inside the room that was sprayed. Not to happy with that! So be cautious of that… also the “hot tub” is great when it works BUT anytime it’s “fixed” it breaks like 2 days later. Still isn’t fixed btw… kinda irritated:( The gym is great plenty of equipment! And is clean!! The apartments are very pretty inside and out, everyone we have came across so far is friendly. I would recommend this place (: BUT plzzzz fix hot tub 😭😭😭 that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars & the pest issue (which the staff wasn’t aware) OH & if you have upstairs neighbors you will hear E
