California Community Management

They are a great management company. Stephanie Hill is our account manager and she is great with correspondence and communications that arise throughout our community and works very closely to keep the HOA president informed of all things as they are happening

Our association of 293 single family homes has been managed by California Community Management for 5+ years, after being very poorly managed by a previous company for some years. Regarding some of the negative reviews on here: these were left by homeowners who apparently do not know how an HOA operates. The property manager/management company is there to advise the BOARD members on laws and processes, but ultimately things like the condition of common areas within the association, violation notices for shabby looking landscaping, etc., are a responsibility of the BOARD of directors, not the property manager, and the board should be held accountable by the homeowners if there are issues related to that. Absolutely terrible communication with the management of our HOA. We’ve called and left voicemails, have sent emails and we have no luck getting in touch with Jennifer Figgers. It is beyond frustrating, there is no professionalism with her. How do we get better management?!?

Really terrible. No communication with Jan Wiler at all after leaving voicemails and emails for 1 whole month! She responded that the website and voicemailbox set up is out of date (Sarah doesn't work there anymore etc etc.)- but no one has ever fixed it since Jan 2023. HOA Bills go up, yet service stays terrible. What are we paying for!

Called to take care of some HOA issues and was greated very professional over the phone and all taken care of.
