Cadia Crossing

I’m visiting from New Jersey and spent the week here in Arizona apartment hunting and trying the local food. I drove all the way from NJ and had the chance to check out several places, but this one really stood out. I met the team, including the manager Tania, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The pool and amenities are fantastic definitely a highlight of the property. While I’m still exploring other options, after spending the last week looking around, this place really caught my attention and feels like a top contender for me.

My wife and I were totally hooked on this apartment complex from our first tour. Love the rooms and the amenities, as well as the quick service if anything breaks in our unit. The staff is very friendly, especially Austin who is very helpful and kind! Definitely wouldn't have had such a great first impression without him. For a 1 bed 1 bath it is quite pricey, but I believe the return makes up for it.

I recently toured Cadia Crossing, and I had a great experience. The team was very helpful, and warm. I had the pleasure of touring with Tania, who was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The community amenities really stood out to me. I loved seeing the fitness center actively being used, and the yoga studio was especially impressive. The floor plans are spacious with an open-concept design, and the kitchen island is such a nice touch. Overall, I left feeling very impressed with the community. This is one of my top 3 picks.

Cadia Crossing is in a great location with beautiful units and amazing amenities! I knew it was the place for me after my tour and was very impressed with the grounds. I also have to give a major shout out to Austin as he was wonderful to work with during my apartment search! He was always available, answered all of my questions, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit.

I've been living here for 3 months now, and I couldn't be happier! From day one, I've had no complaints. The management team has been great with communication, always responsive and willing to help. Every interaction with the staff has been a pleasure; they are kind and genuinely care about residents. I also love the amenities. Overall, I’m thankful I’m moved here. A true place to call home.
