Buttercreek Apartments

Just moved back into my apartment . Got really sick from mold. Before I moved bsck in , I turned in a maintance request . Nothing got done . I still have gap in front door and they just covered up the wood rot on the bottom of my front door . I can smell mold again and I’m getting sick again . My feet are numb etc . Starting to go bald again . .Im about ready to give up. Never been treated so bad by a couple maintance guys .

We didn’t even get a chance to live there . They called us with an opening and we have been waiting over six months for an opening. They specifically asked if 10 am or 11 am would work . And we said 11 because our daughter has meds around ten so it would have worked better as we had to drive thirty minutes. They still wrote down ten and then called us when we didn’t show up at ten cause , quote , “ I was really hoping you guys would have shown up at ten “ we said that we agreed on 11 but we could head that way right now but it’s a 30 min drive for us . We arrive at 10:40 and the last that opened up the door was extremely rude . We explained to them that we agreed with the person who talked to us on the phone that we would show up at 11 but we came over right after they told us they wanted

They like to change rules. They like to look in your dresser drawers which is illegal. They like to lie. They don't like to let know of extensions they give you. Even when you go in person. I don't recommend them.

Rent based on your income, if you're needing some support with housing ...yeah.

Visited family there. Wide open spaces, friendly people, clean, well kept grounds.
