Butler Cove Apartments

We just recently moved to Butler Cove and the property manager Lisa was extremely friendly,kind, and helpful . She went above and beyond to arrange for us to be able to move in with ease , even before I originally planned as my helpers work schedule changed at last minute. The environment is friendly and peaceful and we are very happy with our apartment! I would highly recommend Butler Cove to anyone looking for a new place to live.

We recently moved into Butler Cove and have had a great experience so far. Juan, the property manager, is very responsive and made our move in experience smooth. We had an issue with the shower curtain rod being very loose on move in which was fixed the next day after we informed Juan of it.

Looked on Zillow for a 2bd and I’m not amazed by these reviews… i was thinking of checking these duplex’s out but I’m glad I came and looked at the reviews. Maintenance is key for me when something in my home is damaged due from the last owner or at move-in

Me and my family recently moved to Butler Cove and over it is peaceful and friendly. But as for my rating I'm only giving it a 3 star right now because we were told that our apartment was ready for us to move into and it wasn't, we've had so many problems and we're paying $1,699.00 for rent and $135.00 for warer, garbage, and sewer and we get a monthly bill on top of that for our electricity, all for the original apartment, which seems a bit steep especially with everything wrong with our apartment and on top of the fact that we had been told that the utilities beside electricity was included in our rent which is 1699 but in total were paying over 2000 a month here which is ridiculous for a two bed one bath. The manager (Lisa) at Butler Cove provides remarkable and personal service. We were very impressed at the warmth and humanity expressed to our family as we went through the rental process. Our young adults who are new renters feel respected and cared for. Keep up the great work, Lisa!
