Bushnell on the park Apartments

Do not live here. Do not Airbnb here. I moved here after leaving a long-term relationship and was rushed in my decision, which I regret. While the units may look nice and offer views, daily living conditions are unacceptable. Hallways and elevators are frequently dirty with dog urine and feces, strong marijuana smells, and personal items left in common areas. Noise is constant. Residents take loud phone calls in hallways at all hours, pace outside doors, host late-night parties, and fire alarms go off regularly. Management does little to nothing about these issues. The air conditioning frequently does not work properly in the summer and often shuts down. When it does work, it does not cool adequately. ROACHES !!!! They have an exterminator come out every month to spray the place but still a persistent issue. People do not clean up after their pets in the hallways , elevators and around the property. Very dirty and unkempt always smells like weed, garbage and armpits in the hallways. Fire alarm constantly going off. I was just notified that the rent is going up again with no major upgrades or renovations to the building. They have a garage but apparently there are no more spaces available. Terrible management.

I notice that another reviewer said this company deleted their old profile and made a new one to clear their negative reviews. That would explain why my scathing one was gone. I lived here from 2021-2022. It was nice that all utilities were included (though you pay for laundry) and that it was a convenient location. I also liked having the parking garage. Maintenance was friendly and quick when I lived there. Problems: -AC broke during a record heat wave. I eventually took my cats to stay with a friend because I was worried for our health. Took them weeks to fix it despite 100+ degree temps in our apartments -ventilation system was off or not working so you always smelled cooking from apartments on the same system -lobby door lock broken my entire time so anyone could get in despite adve

The floor was sticky and littered with crumbs, the hallways stink of curry, my bedsheets were soaked with piss, cleaning came a week late and they did a minimal job, no refund. Air conditioning didn't work, and they've deleted the location and readdded it to clear reviews. Never go here.

Currently staying in an air bnb here. Run away from this dump as fast as you can. This building looks more like a homeless shelter than a place that should be on air bnb. Noise all night. I thought it was under construction at first but upon closer inspection it’s just being allowed to slowly decay, it would seem. I’m a 43 year old HVAC tech and I’ve never seen an AC like this. Ever. It’s so old. It feels unsafe and I can’t get out of here fast enough. Just a total dump.
