This review is to highlight the pure incompetency and utter disregard for tenants displayed by the property manager and this management company. I lived here for one year. Within that time frame I suffered through the roof leaking twice – each time resulting in water damage and mold growth within the apartment. I’ll concede that it’s an older building and rent is cheap (for LA/area). I was willing to live with it as long as proper repairs were made in a timely manner. On both occasions it took Maryalyce over a month to get any sort of repairs underway/started – and only because I sent her emails almost every other day reminding her to do her job. Happy to find a property that allows my cat. Also love the large closets. It's one of the few apartment communities that I toured with a rooftop sundeck.

Great place to live. Spacious unit, walkable area, and it was quiet (aside from one neighbor who quieted down after a complaint). I would live there again.
