Burton Ridge

Had a great new apartment up the hill with a garage, tons of storage, convenient stacked laundry units in a personal laundry room, tub & shower, huge bedroom & walk in closet, spacious living/dining area, beautiful kitchen with adjustable lights, big windows, and a spectacular view - i will definitely miss that sunset! staff was very friendly and quick to address issues if any came about. They keep grounds clean and well landscaped. It’s in a great location with quick access to so many places in GR. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere to live. The only reason I left was because I bought a house! We ❤️ Burton Ridge!

My partner and lived at Burton Ridge for about 1-1/2 years. We moved from Chicago to Grand Rapids and Koral, from the leasing office, made us feel at home from day one. The only reason that we moved out is so that my partner could attend nursing school near Detroit. Burton Ridge has several different types of apartments and townhomes. I lived in one of the "luxury apartments." The layout of the apartment was spacious and it was clear there was a lot of attention to detail in the construction of the building and the apartment itself. We felt that maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner and completed in a quality way. We thoroughly enjoyed taking walks through the property. if you read any of these reviews please read this one. DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!! Most of these reviews are years old before the new management was in. My roommates and I were looking for a new bigger place, and stumbled upon burton ridge. We took a tour and Koral gave us the applications that day saying if we got them in the same day/soon they'd hold the place and process our applications quickly and first. After this however, they became extremely unresponsive. We would have to contact them every time we needed an update, which would usually be around 4 days at a time. They did not call us more than twice. Every time we would call, we would be informed we needed more proof of income/proof of residence etc., which we would get them immediately and then would be followed up by another week of s

This is a fantastic place to live. Nearly all units over look water/ponds. Grounds are well maintained and professionally landscaped. The location is perfect to commute to anywhere in the Grand Rapids area within 10-20 minutes. Property has exercise room, clubhouse, and an in ground pool. New townhouses are up to date and modern. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful, spacious apartments!!! Extra bonuses such as pool and a large garage! We’ve lived here for almost a year and we love it! Peaceful getaway that backs up to woods and has 2 ponds, also tons of wildlife even though you are right off the Beltline. I would highly recommend!
