Bunkhouse Apartments

Very unprofessional and rude. Called to ask an informational question and was told she didn’t want to comment and hung up on me as I was in the middle of explaining why I wanted to know. Needs new management. Response to Bunkhouse’s response: choosing to not comment is of course fine, and some complexes chose to do so in a courteous manner after letting me take thirty seconds of their time to explain. You hung up on me when I was in the middle of speaking. I’m not upset you didn’t comment, I’m letting the public know you are rude and do not listen when people call with simple questions. 🫶

Here is the meat and potatoes: Bunkhouse apartments are mismanaged and unmaintained. There are no rules you can't bend or break outright. If you are looking for cheap housing next to campus, look no further. However, if you are looking for a better quality of life and willing to walk and pay a tad more, go elsewhere. Management is horrible. Not only do they have hours that make it almost impossible for anyone who needs to work their way through college to contact them, but when you are able to call them, the probability they answer is 50-50. Then, when you get frustrated about your slum, and it is a slum, enough to call the office, the lady will tell you that isn't her department. Cheap price. The quality was okay, but honestly they charge you less than most of the apts around here. This is an old apt, but the location is perfect. Oh, the lounge is very nice!

I literally just moved in today and I already know that I won't be spending a second semester there. The place is a dump to put it lightly. There is dust EVERYWHERE! The curtains are dusty the shelves are dusty the window is tiny. The carpet is mismatched and not applied correctly there are scuff marks all over the wall. The mattress have URINE stains! There are no locks anywhere except the front door and the utility closet! Not even the bathrooms have locks! The laundry room is not connected to your room there is a communal laundry room and good luck finding time to use it. Each room has only one desk instead of the normal two I remember seeing reviews from 7 years ago that say there was only one desk and the management saying they'd fix it of course it hasn't been there's no storage ro

Bunkhouse is awesome. The atmosphere is so down to earth and everybody is friendly. Management is good and understanding and willing to work with you. The Wards are fantastic, with girls apartments right across the parking lots. The Location is great! Right across the street from campus. Every apartment is getting new beds with new desks, and dressers. There is a ton of room now. The buildings are old, but the feeling, atmosphere and people are great. Laundry is cheep only $1.00
