Highly skilled labor shows throughout the entire building. The team was very easy to work with when any changes were needed . Gill and Janille are the best , always there for anything you need! Amazing building and a beautiful place to live and this is my 4th year here .

We've been living here for two years and we just renewed our lease because the whole family feels very comfortable. The service from all the staff is magnificent and efficient, and the common areas are well-maintained and clean. It's a welcoming environment for any family.

Janelle has made this process so easy. The apartment is exactly what you get and it’s perfect. I had an issue with our wifi power in our unit and on the same day they fixed it no hesitation and constant communication.

Janelle was such a pleaser to tour apartments with. She was so excited to show us apartments that could be a right fit for us. She was sweet and knowledgeable.

I enjoy living here. All of the office staff is very helpful and professional. The property is well maintained, safe and peaceful. Maintenance at this property is top notch and they pay close attention to detail. Last week they even polished our brass door handle and door knocker! I considered moving and decided to stay at the last minute because I recognized this place is home! I have lived at another Graham property and it was equally as nice, but this one is truly a gem!
