I was in the process of taking some automotive photos of my car at Harbor Point when, about five minutes in, a man approached and asked what I was doing. I explained that I was photographing my car, at which point he told me I wasn’t allowed to do that. When I asked who he was, he was initially hesitant to identify himself but eventually said his name was Carl Kuehner (CEO of Building Land Technology). Rather than engaging in further conversation or resolving the matter decided, he chose to block my car in and contacted both the police and security, seemingly to have me cited. However, a police officer simply drove by, waved, and did not stop or take any action. BLT is an absolutely horrible management company. I lived in Postmark for eight years and had nothing but positive experiences there—the building was well-run, and the management team was professional and attentive. Unfortunately, since moving to Escape (a BLT-managed building) a year and a half ago, my experience has been the complete opposite. The management here, particularly Daniel, is rude and disrespectful. He speaks to tenants in a disrespectful manner, treats people poorly, and enforces rules —while failing to follow them himself. After hosting an event in Escape’s kitchen (as many residents do), I was blindsided with a $2,600 bill for allegedly replacing two vinyl floor panels. Moved to a BLT property last year & right from the very beginning of the process, Keneisha S from the leasing office was phenomenal. Made our move absolutely stress-free, answered a LOT of my calls & questions and never made me feel rushed. Even after I moved-in, Keneisha continues to be the nicest & most helpful person ever. She goes over & beyond for BLT residents - with a smile at that. Beautiful person, inside & out. Her level of professionalism makes me happy to call a BLT property home. Keneisha is very personable, empathetic & responsive. My family & I feel absolutely comfortable and at ease because of her & on our very first meeting - we were ready to sign the lease. Her commitment to her job & residents is really top notch. Thank you Keneisha for all that you do for us!

Wouldn’t recommend 11 fee to pay rent on top of trash and amenities plus the price of rent is absolutely absurd. NO PARKING- the only guest parking they had took away to charge residents 70 for a spot And only have 20 guest parking ps most of the tenants take it!

Easily the worst management company I’ve ever encountered - truly miserable human beings who act like robots and do not care about the people living in their buildings. Would avoid living here at all costs.
