Buffalo Ridge Apartments

First of all, the place is not nice and is pretty little. Additionally, my flat featured a window instead of a rear door. When I moved into the flat, they made no mention of it. After moving in, I asked them, and the woman said it was a building error. They also stated to construct laundry facilities in the units, but after a year, nobody brought up the subject. The exterior of the units appears awful, and the older flats' woodwork is not up to scratch. I am really unhappy and unsatisfied with these units. And awful things happened too.

Olivia is currently the property manager and I just want to say she has been so much help. Any issue we have had she’s been quick to help us and make sure it’s resolved and is very sweet. I highly recommend these apartments due to her it’s easy to tell she actually cares about the people who live here.

My experience here from move in to move out was great! The move in process was seamless, paying rent is easy, requesting maintenance is easy, they have monthly pest control and my neighbors through out the time I’ve lived here have all been decent. The pricing isn’t bad either considering how much rent has rent up in Johnson City! Oh yeah and I can’t forget the fact that my one bedroom had a washer and dryer hookup that was everything! I would 10/10 recommend Buffalo Ridge 2. Olivia the property manager is great and very attentive at getting things done when you do have a request. If you are looking for a decent quiet place Buffalo Ridge 2 is definitely worth looking at!

I love my apartment here at Buffalo ridge. It's always very quiet and well kept. It's a great location close to I26 and the Johnson city Mall area. Also very close to Boones Creek area. I feel very safe here and just love living here. Come be my neighbor😊

This property has seen an amazing transformation. The new owners/managers are doing a great job making this look and feel so much more like a modern and comfortable home. The management is responsive and they are taking care of the residents. A huge shift from the old owners and tenants.
