A lot of people are complaining but even if the apartment you rent isn't the most fabulous one you've seen it should be motivation to help you get up and get something better! THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT CARE at this place and they will take care of their renters. THAT'S THE TRUTH.

My 72 year old mother fell a broke her arm do to an unresolved water issue during monsoon season last year. At the end of our lease December 2024 the day we finished moving out and cleaning the heck out of the apartment making sure we left it clean. Mom (72) died 2 hours later after turning in the keys. My mom made sure that apartment was clean so she could get her deposit back. I then reached out to management to let the know about our loss and they said they would send out a check with our deposit in hopes of it help with her funeral cost. We are now in June of 2025 and still have not gotten anything in return. They have refused to give me a corporate number and have stop answering and retuning my calls.

DO NOT live her!! I am surprised it hasn’t been condemned. They showed our daughter a nicely remodeled apt but that isn’t what she was given. So much was wrong with the apt and they did nothing. The roof caved in from rain and they cleaned out‘gutters’ on the roof but never repaired the inside of the apartment. Druggies all over the place. Strangers coming onto our porch at night. Drive by shootings. BAD BAD BAD place

If your interested in, Loud neighbors throughout the night” or all night “, mice, infestation of cockroaches and Nat’s, alongside painted countertops, sinks, bath tub/shower/ toilet, with thriving children, and ZERO communication and work orders addressed by management. Oh, I couldn’t forget this one, They allow an independent pest contractor to enter your home with a firearm, having no concerns for the tenants and their children, This is the place you wouldn’t want. The worst apartments ever it's basically putting lipstick on a pig.... The roach infestation is so bad when you move in everything looks good but it's not. Our air conditioner has been broken for over a year and they don't care. New owners yeah right same crap
