The 1-bedroom apartment I have is a bit compact, but it's been nicely renovated, and I love it. The only minor complaint is that maintenance can be a bit slow to respond at times, but they do eventually get things fixed. The affordability of living here in such a prime location is so awesome.
Place is maintained Horribly.. Garbage area is FILTHY. DON'T BRING UR GARBAGE OUTSIDE @ NITE U HAVE A GREST CHANCE TO C RATS AS I DID... LAWN IS RUTED W/ BARE DIRT AREAS HAVE A PROBLEM... FORGET IT.. THEY DON'T CARE About Anything with regards to MAINTAINCE.. MY OPINION THEY SHOULD KNOCK IT DOWN
Small for my taste. Happy for the renter. First impression is a double check because it looks diffrent in person
Nicely renovated. Being close to the shore is incredible. Friendly staff.
