Faith Roll is outstanding - responsive, knowledgeable, professional and honest. We’ve felt taken care of since day 1 and love it here- in large part because of Faith.

Ive toured apartments all over Monmouth and Middlesex County and at this point I can safely say Morgan Properties are consistently lackluster. This place especially takes the cake. First, I was told there is a $65 ammenity fee and that is insane! And for what?!? There is no pool, the laundry room is attrocious and there is only a handful of washers and driers for the whole property (you still pay to use the machines). A "dog park" that is the smallest Ive seen so far, tight parking, and the "bike rental" is pointless. This is the highest ammenity fee I have heard so far lol. The apartments themselves have weird smells and paint peeling everywhere. Over grown grass and the hedge on the far end of the parking lot is so overgrown that you shouldnt park there. I have never lived in an apartment setting before, and I'm glad I chose Edgewater Gardens! The neighbors have been so friendly. The office staff and maintenance team have been helpful and accommodating. The addition of the new property manager, Andrew, to the office was a great move. Andrew has been so helpful in resolving any household issues quickly! Thanks Andrew!! The whole maintenance team with Richardo has also been great and quick to resolve any issues and fast with emergency issues. I have been here 3 years, and very happy.

Lived here since June now and so far so good. The management team is very nice and keeps us up to date with issues and concerns! Richardo and his maintenance team has also been great providing us constant coverage on any problems we run into thus far! We appreciate everything you guys do and we look forward to continuing being able to call this home! Thank you

I've lived here for over 7 years. Richardo and his staff have always been attentive, professional and on point with apartment issues. Over the years, the tenant base had improved, although as of late, the caliber of tenant has gone down. Not the property's fault... a background check can only reveal so much. But if Andrew sees an issue, he addresses it immediately! Even the slacker tenants who don't clean up after their dogs! I've seen you slackers with my own eyes, so don't try to deny it in a review! During this pandemic, Andrew and the staff have been understanding and accommodating. Every complex has its challenges and the property is rather old. But I've seen improvements come about slowly but surely and definitely for the better. I would recommend living here. But if you w
