Andy in maintenance is fantastic. I've had trouble with the fan in my bedroom for as long as I can remember and he just came and fixed the problem in no time. He put down plastic to make sure there was no mess and also fixed some other little things around the apartment. He is knowledgeable, polite, and extremely friendly in additon to getting great work done. He is a wonderful addition to the Morgan Properties team!

Mike came over to my apartment to fix my fan in my bathroom. He took the fan down, cleaned it thoroughly and left no mess behind. He is fantastic!!!! Love ocean terrace

Another job completed and definitely satisfied with Sams performance We are now dealing with Jeff the maintenance supervisor. He is a kind gentleman and a hard worker. His interest seems to be mostly to benefit our living situations in comfortable and pleasant environment to live in. Thank you and thank you Jeff ! Ciao

After not having great heat in my apartment. Richardo the maintenance manager made sure everything was fixed in a timely manner. My apartment is warm and cozy. I love the location and would recommend others living here. Thank you for your service Richardo we will miss you

Tommy the Service Manager is so nice and helpful!!! We had a fan that was very loud and during heavy winds he climbed up on the roof to fix! Joe the property manager is the best!!
