Buena Casa

The office Manager doesn’t have good behavior with residents. And if you need a maintenance people it’s take a while to fix it

These apartments are very nice and I have very good memories and a very ethical manager. We are very happy with him

Living here has been nothing but a headache. The apartments are in terrible condition-constant maintenance issues, thin walls, and outdated appliances. But the worst part? The management. The manager is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping residents, they act like they're doing us a favor just by responding.

The lady Manager 😮‍💨 to bad manager that I saw in my life, when some one coming to the USA he has to buy a new car, so when I bought a new car of course that his vehicle will have the temporary license plate, but with the temporary license plates she don’t issue a parking permit she just making distance between tenants and customers. Not just that issue, she has lots of other problems as well. We JUST HATE B. Casa because of her.

Don't recommend it, the manager's name was Angela from what I remember she is rude.Like rude rude like, Miss girl gives me an attitude. Playground was fun tho. Not a safe environment from my POV, I didn't feel welcoming and safe at Buena Casa. I recommend the Appian way it is slightly better than there. Wish I could give 0 stars but...
