Buckingham Place Townhomes

I have lived here for a long time in both the one bedroom and two bedroom units and I can say nothing but good about buckingham place. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The homes have private entrances, There is a park/playground, a pool and a modern gym. Maintenance very quickly takes care of any issues that may arise. Overall, after 10+ years, I give them 5 stars.

Doing this last snow storm, I give hands up for a clear walkway. The snow plow that cleared the circle on Queen was clear but my car was plowed in. This was disappointing, as I have a HP sign reserved. I will say while cleaning the snow from my car, your maintenance employee (female) stopped me immediately and called the other employee to shovel the snow from around my tires. The employee (female) took a picture of the snow in front of my car, sent it to management and within 3 minutes, the plow person came and removed the snow. I felt that when treated respectfully as I was, the other residents should know.

Lived there for couple years and I shared my apartment with those bugs you see in the video. management did nothing but lying and then ask for money when I left the apartment. DON´T LIVE THERE

My experience at Buckingham was absolutely horrible if I could give them zero stars, I would. The entire two years I was a resident there were a nightmare. The management constantly invented reasons and excuses to enter residents' homes during work hours. If they were unable to gain entry, they would threaten to impose a $124 fee on top of the rent. Whenever I called with a maintenance emergency, they would wait two or three days to respond. All the while, the maintenance crew seemed to do everything but address these urgent issues, often seen riding around on golf carts. When they finally did show up, their work was sloppy and careless, often leaving behind holes and additional damage that made the original problem even worse. My husband and I have only lived here a few months, but so far we've loved it here. The parking lot is very well constructed and the parking spaces are very wide, so we dont have to worry about other people bumping their doors into our cars and vice versa. The maintenance people have been very kind and informative; I put in a request to have several things fixed and shockingly they came the very next day and left very detailed notes of what they did, and also did a very good job. The lady at the front desk is so sweet and the manager is extremely understanding. Ive only been renting for 4 years, and this is the first place i've lived where I couldnt hear my neighbors flushing the toilet or doing laundry. The building is very well constructed and upon moving in i havent seen any major flaws
