Don't do it. Don't do it. The front desk staff are useless, the units should be condemned. The walls are paper thin, and you hear everything. They are cheap, but don't cheapen yourself by living here. No one should ever live here. They will ticket your car even if you have all the passes. They make you buy a pass even though the shuttle stops out your door. If you live too close to the road or the coal processing plant your house will shake late into the night and you won't sleep. Maintenance will do exterior work on your unit unannounced at 8 a.m. on a Tuesday. You would be better off living in the woods. DON'T LIVE HERE.
