I currently live here. Best priced apartments in NJ. Staff is great. Couple of loud neighbors but I love living here.

Lived there for a few years. Maintenance guys were always friendly and did the best they could with what they were given (not much at times it seemed) and there was plenty of parking. Biggest issue was the windows and doors that didn't look like they were updated or replaced since the place was built. During spring through fall not a huge issue, but in winter its super drafty and the heat couldn't keep up with how cold it got because of it. Definitely needs updating and renovating

Management is super rude and neighbors love to slam doors. Also the front door has been broken for at least 2 months and I have told the office numerous times. They never fixed it. Apparently “I get what I pay for”… or at least that’s what the office told me.

I'm pretty much in shock right now. I called this establishment to find out if there were any apartments for rent and information about rental income. I told the woman on phone my mother was disabled and she receives rental assistance and right away said that there were no apartments for rent and they weren't accepting applications. I didn't have a good feeling about it so I told my friend to call and ask the same questions but leave out rental assistance. The woman on the phone then said there was an apartment for rent that would be available in in a few months. It makes me very sad that they are discriminating against someone who is disabled. This is against the law and you can get in trouble for it.

Project manager has a nasty attitude when you call and inquire about an apartment. I’m not sure why she is so nasty! If she doesn’t like her job then she should switch fields. Treat people how you want you want to be treated. Karma is a real thing.
